Publisher
Connect Fabula is a personal, non-commercial site published by Hélie Deschamps, publication director. Contact: bonjour@helie.me.
Hosting
The site is hosted by alwaysdata, SARL with a share capital of €200,000, 91 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris, France (www.alwaysdata.com).
Intellectual property
The characters, works and universes mentioned belong to their authors and rights holders. Connect Fabula is a fan project with no connection to them: they are only mentioned for the game and for information. The site's code, logo and layout belong to its publisher.
Illustrations are generated only for public domain characters.
Personal data and cookies
The site requires no account and collects no personal data: no tracking, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party service is loaded. Nothing is sold or shared.
The site only sets three cookies, which keep your choices and serve no other purpose, so they need no consent: the language (PARAGLIDE_LOCALE, 400 days), sound turned on (sound_enabled, 1 year) and the tutorial already seen (tutorial_seen, 1 year).
The current game (characters, guesses, hints and start time) is saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage). It is never sent to the server, and you can erase it by clearing the site's data in your browser.
Like any host, alwaysdata may keep technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for the security and proper operation of the service, on the basis of legitimate interest and for a limited time.
For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection), write to bonjour@helie.me. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Users in the United States
The site does not sell or share any personal information, including within the meaning of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). It does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13 (COPPA). Since it tracks no one, there is nothing for "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals to turn off.
